This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the digital video course sold by Learn AI With Ease.
Digital Product Notice
Our course is a digital product delivered as online video content. Because access is granted immediately after payment verification, purchases are generally non-refundable once the course link and access code have been shared with you.
When a Refund May Be Considered
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You paid but did not receive access due to an error on our side, and we are unable to resolve it.
How to Request
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment at gsrseo81@gmail.com with your payment screenshot and details. We will review your request and respond.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
As this is a one-time digital purchase with no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel after purchase.
